I've spent my career working across environments that don't have much in common on the surface — regulated startups, hospital units, small service businesses. I've also spent as much of my career teaching and orienting as I have operating. That changes how I consult. I don't hand you a report and disappear — I make sure you understand exactly what's broken and why, and I build your team's capacity to keep it running long after I'm gone.
My background is practical, not academic. I've learned most of what I know by doing it.
